Terms of Service

Effective date: June 16, 2026

1. Definitions

"Brevin", "we", or "us" means Brevin Marketing. "You" or "Client" means the business that subscribes to the service. "Service" means Brevin's managed web-presence, lead-capture, and related features.

2. The service

Brevin builds and hosts a website for your business, captures leads from that website, and sends you speed-to-lead alerts. Specific features depend on your plan.

3. Subscription & billing

The service is offered on recurring monthly plans (Starter, Growth, and Full) plus a one-time managed setup fee charged on your first invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled in accordance with these terms. Prices are presented before purchase and may change with notice.

4. Minimum term & early termination

Subscriptions carry a six (6) month minimum term. If you cancel before the end of the minimum term, an early-termination fee equal to the remaining minimum-term charges may apply. After the minimum term, the subscription continues month-to-month until canceled. Cancellation and plan changes are self-service through the secure Stripe billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid (including the setup fee) are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws, including those governing marketing communications.

7. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information and content you provide. If Brevin manages advertising on your behalf, advertising spend is billed separately and a management fee (for example, a percentage of ad spend) may apply as agreed; those terms are described in your service agreement.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and the website asset created for your business. Brevin retains ownership of its platform, software, and templates.

9. Disclaimers & no guarantee

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, search rankings, or business outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevin's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party processors — Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Google, Twilio, and Postmark — as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brevin operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The governing jurisdiction will be finalized in the signed service agreement.

13. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Questions? Contact support@brevinmarketing.com.
